The owner friendly and very helpful, good honest home cooked Portuguese food, including fresh fish options, great atmosphere with an outside terrace for sunny days. Reasonable prices also. Recommended

The owner's somewhat outlandish persona may not be for everyone, but we very much enjoyed his curiosity, his warmth and vigor, and the attention he paid to us. We trusted him to create some off-the-cuff dishes for us, based on his inspirations, which were delicious, well-prepared and filling - all for a very reasonable price. It was both a restful and fun evening, complete with cold beer, laughs, and excellent seafood too. Definitely a place to check out!- Comida

We took refuge in the bar from the rain and ended up staying for two hours. Enjoyed a good laugh with the owner Cesar. We didn’t eat but the food looked appetising. Excellent find.

Came here after a long road trip and honestly wasn't expecting much other than to eat and move on.
First, the hospitality is just off the charts. Such a welcoming and inviting experience. The host is hilarious and everyone in the place felt like they've known each other for years. The banter was amazing. Not only was it an excellent meal but he kept bringing us samples of other things to try and all of it was great.
Everything we tasted was perfectly done.
This is likely now going to be a destination for us to return in future trips to Portugal and we have recommended it to friends and family.

Tasty food, great atmosphere and the service is really personable. I wasn't sure about some of the options on the menu, so the waiter/owner explained them to me and helped me pick based on my tastes and he did a great choice.

If you want excellent food, relaxing atmosphere, fast service, friendly and informative hosts, really great value prices and an overall happy experience then Cervejaria Cezarine in Sines is a must visit. We will be back for on our next visit.

It's rare that you meet the members of a family business and they welcome you in as on of them.
It is very early in the season, so we chatted with the owner and the owners stepson for a bit. The wife/mother had cooked us amazing lunch and now she rested before dinner.
The community loved the family, and all the banter was fun, light, and well received by all.
As we have started to say often, it was a meal and entertainment (socal enjoyment).
